Compressor parts store has some of the best service on the net. I ordered parts for my trusty Kellog compressor on 1/9/2019 and received them on 1/10 by regular UPS ground. We are both in the same state but the speed that I received my needed parts really surprised me. I was anticipating waiting weeks for the parts for this 30+ year old compressor now it will be back online for the week end.
Excellent. I have emailed them with questions about parts for an old compressor several times and they have been very helpful. They have explained differences in part numbers, what is and what isn't included. My only complaint is that they have some parts I'm looking for but don't already have them on the website. However, when I do ask about it and they have it they have been adding them to their website so I can order them no problem. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order and received email confirmation. When I placed this order I created an account to track it. After a week of no email updates I logged in to check the status. There were no orders listed in my account. I attempted to call and it always went to voicemail which said to email for fastest response or voice messages would be returned within 24 hours.
