Always a pleasure to visit and know you are in good hands
This hospital is amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to help. The security guard, the janitor, the reception, the registration people, everyone was great! Arrive early, parking and figuring out where to go can be a challenge. And if you have some down time there's a beautiful chapel. My mom had two appointments here today for testing, etc. They both took her in early and provided excellent care.
Called to set up an appointment for my mother, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked if she received my referral so I could schedule an appointment. Her response was we will call you when we get to it. Very rude !!! So if they never receive the referral, how will I know unless I call them?
