I was disappointed to find out that despite paying a high consultation fee, Dr. Damla Karsan rarely sees patients herself. I scheduled the appointment expecting to be evaluated by her directly, but instead, most of the care was provided by her team. Given the cost, I expected more personal attention from the doctor. Additionally, the wait time before being seen was quite long, which added to the frustration.
