I attempted to see someone and unfortunately I am in nursing school and my clinical day changed to the day of my appointment. I found out last minute I asked the clerk could I reschedule and she said I would be charged a $50 rescheduling fee lol can’t be serious I’ll be going somewhere else 🤷🏽♀️
Do NOT go to this office. I've seen Sarah for about 16 years so I followed her to this office when her previous practice closed. They sent a lab out on me without telling me or giving me any type of cost and I received a surprise bill of $582 which I've been forced to pay. I've filed a complaint under the No Surprises Act and will never go back. No one at the office will take responsible for this, so I get stuck with a huge bill, real nice!!
I cannot say enough good about Holly Grisales, APRN. She made my experience above a five star. I am so happy to have met her and so happy to have found somebody that cares as much as she does.
I am at a lost I tried calling more then 6 times to inquire if they received a referral from my Dr. Bo one answered the phone there was no way to speak to anyone, pressed button to leave a message always busy I am hoping this is not where my dr sent the referral
