After moving to Maryland a few years ago I had a hard time finding a PCP that I felt comfortable with. By luck I found this practice. From the moment I called to set up an appointment, the staff made me feel welcome and every practitioner has addressed all my concerns with equal attention.
For many years, I would recommend this practice to every woman who crossed my path. Dr. Marshall's initial intake was a detailed medical autobiography we spoke for over an hour, very thorough, very comprehensive. I felt seen by a doctor like I had never been before. She diagnosed my adult adhd, which was life-changing, and we also set a plan to reduce weight. 9 years later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer I moved to Manhattan for a year and my primary care practitioner was so dedicated and compassionate during that time. ... read more
I agree with other recent reviews that the quality of care has significantly diminished relative to the “pre-concierge care” era. It’s extremely disheartening that a black, women-owned business has abandoned principles and standards of care by further commodifying basic healthcare and neglecting due diligence in patient care. Also, the name is misleading because they do not offer gynecological services, which seems pretty “comprehensive” when accounting for Women’s Health. The staff here was very accommodating, even to men that they see in the practice.
Have to find another primary. Switched to this practice 3 months ago and it’s is quite interesting. I see a PA and feel like I have to keep on track with my care and diagnosis. Sad. However, upon my first visit they did push the CBD cream distributed by their practice.
