They changed my life! Through their comprehensive approach, I was able to get a tailored strategy including nutrition, exercise and habit forming. I could use medicine as well but didn't need it after I was able to make those changes. I didn't have any situations where the staff was rude as the other commenters said.

I should’ve read the reviews before setting up an appointment here. The providers take no responsibility for actually getting things done. They want to put you through a program that involves a bunch of meetings with a bunch of different people that take at least six weeks before they’ll even check with your insurance to ensure that a weight loss drug is covered under your insurance. The front desk receptionist Keisha is consistently rude! Whether i'm there in person or speak to her over the phone her negative energy is extremely loud and consistent. She deterred me from continuing to visit this facility and spoke to me very unprofessionaly the last contact.
