I really wasn’t feeling it here for my vasectomy consult because of a few factors. Check in wasn’t anything special and it got the job done. They handed the forms to fill, I did, but none of that was reflected in the patient portal. On to the portal, on their website, it’s not overtly clear if they have a portal link. Worst service I ever had, I had a vasectomy here on December and then my labs, I haven't received any call back regarding my results, I have been calling them in the past 3 days, they said there is 7 callers before you and when you are the next in the call the call says fail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Been going here since 2012 and am 100% satisfied and very happy with my treatment AND how nice they treat me.
They do not call you about results, do not call you back, give no updates about anything. Horrible. Please please please do not come to this place save urself the heart ache. It's been 2 months.... I've called 4 times and they keep saying well call you... and they never do. I have kidney stones and many other problems. Please go elsewhere for anyone looking for a urologist. Please don't go here
Have an appointment for a procedure at 9 am and opens at8:30 and already an hour and 15 minutes behind.
