Dr. Aretakis was compassionate and educated with great bedside manner. i'm nonbinary/transmasc and she was very flexible and accommodating with that, so i'd say comp urology is lgbtq+/queer friendly. would happily come back if needed
Dr Rubenstein was very professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of getting a vasectomy. Also, all of the staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this office for Urology needs.
The Urologist is great
The staff is beyond rude. Cindy the MA is so rude and only responds with “I’ve been better” every time you ask how she is. She slams the doors and has no manners. She continuously will cough her nasty smokers cough in your face it is absolutely disgusting. The other MA at the front is rude and gives you no instruction when checking in. The docs are great, the office staff is rude and makes patients feel horrible for even showing up.
