If I could rate 0, I would. Seeing the NP is one of the biggest mistakes I made, if you are thinking about becoming a new patient- see a doctor or just find a whole new place. Personally, I received nothing but attitude AND literal judgement from the front desk and the prior authorization staff. No one seems to know what they are doing or seem to even be communicating with each other. The office has it's issues. Mistaken appointment times, three failures to get prescriptions to pharmacies, and an inability to use the software they use for faxing in and out for records from other doctors. We had to hand pick up and deliver those records to finally make it work. The Doctor also had issues. Refused to believe there was a UTI issue even though we had three past positive tests from other medical facilities.
