I cannot say enough about the doctors at Comprehensive Urology, that have saved my life. It all started years ago with Darryl Reaume. For years he helped with an enlarged prostate. He did all the testing yo verify, it wasn't cancer. Thank you Dr. Reaume for all your years of support. I hope you enjoy your upcoming retirement. From there to Dr. Evan Began. Never met a doctor, but I agree with the other reviews that the office staff customer service is poor. I made an appointment and waited 3 weeks for that appointment, only to learn before the appointment that the doctor I was scheduled with did not even do the procedure I had scheduled. Rather than be polite about it, the lady at the desk was rude about the whole thing and somehow made it seem like this was my fault and then blamed the "automated computer system" for confirming the appointment. In my experience with Comprehensive Urology (both the Warren and Clinton Township locations), I have found that the doctors are knowledgeable and friendly, but the rest of the staff is mostly incompetent and rude. From the office managers down to the receptionist, my many visits have left me feeling unwelcome and unimportant. Constantly trying to get someone to answer the phone, return a call, return an email anything. Comprehensive Urology, as a whole, has no business being in business.
