Jeffrey Yemans was very kind and polite. Very knowledgeable and helpful. However the staff was rude and makes me never want to go back. Both front desk ladies had attitudes checking in and out. Just terrible manners in general.
Physician is professional and good communication. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Billing department is either incompetent or fraudulent. Caveat emptor! !! Scrutinize their billing to you if you are unfortunate enough to use their services. ! I Had one procedure in April 2025. Out of pocket was forced to pay 2 months in advance in full. Subsequently this entity billing department billed me 3 times!! Taking my time to call and contest. They say billing error and then rebill! Over and over .
Paying $150 and getting no answers is awesome..
I'm unable to actually give this office a review as a patient,after a rude employee that I spoke with regarding making a appointment, with a referral from my doctor, I wouldn't go to this office because of the unprofessional,rude and totally unnecessary tone,rudeness it was clear that I was bothering her) the employee. I do not know her nam. But I will find a different Urologist to see for my issues. I will also be telling my doctor that referred me that maybe he needs to rethink sending his patients there.
