My appointment was at 1:20 it was 1:50 before I went back after 2:20 before the nurse came to change my catheter almost 3 when he got done. Nothing ready not the right catheter. They had good nurses but they seem to run them off along with a good dr they had and now ms julia is gone.the receptionist hung up on a panticent talking about other staff the window was open I don't know what happened here this was the only drs appointment I didn't say anything about going most others I dread going to.
They were great very patient understanding and caring I love the nurse Julia she’s so sweet.
I had the worst experience there with the office staff. They are not capable of doing their job so I had to go somewhere else. I loved my doctor Johnson though. And by the way it seems like no one does anything about it all of these complaints about the office staff
