Dr KOTHA and his staff are extraordinary Dr KOTHA has helped me and continues im very grateful for everything he has done for me
This place has terrible service. I was prescribed a medication 4 months ago that I told them it needed preauthorization for my insurance cover it. Have called many times over the months and get the run around telling me they'll make sure they relay the message and mark it as urgent and I will receive a call back soon. Yet I've never once been called back and still don't have my medication. I highly recommend you seek services elsewhere if you are looking for treatment.
The office is very clean
Absolutely awful urology practice that destroyed my life. Lied to me and told me I was not a candidate for a medical procedure until I was 55 years old due to age, really was, doctor just did not personally think I should, which they could of said so I could go to a new urologist, instead of believing a surgery I desperately needed and could of stopped me from getting worse, convinced me I was absolutely not a candidate for no matter what urologist I went to.
