Very professional, everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful
I was very happy with Dr. Lodowski and the entire staff. He listened, asked questions and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend him.
I was scheduled as a new patient and had an appointment on Tuesday. Unfortunately, on my way to the appointment, I was involved in a car accident. While still at the scene completing paperwork with the police, I called the office to let them know I would not be able to make it and explained what had just happened. The response I received was very disappointing. The only thing communicated to me was that I would be charged a $300 no-show fee and that my profile would be flagged until the fee was paid. Had a great visit at the office - everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and I was greeted promptly and was in and out in no time. Dr. Lodowski is awesome!
