I cannot say enough about this practice, specifically the Barrington and Crystal Lake locations and staff. After being brushed off for over 6 years by multiple other physicians, these doctors and PA’s were the first to take me seriously. After all urologic tests came back normal, they did not stop there. I was referred on to a neurologist to address ongoing issues and a diagnosis of MS was finally found. If I had not gone to these providers, I truly do not think this diagnosis would be possible. Was extremely pleased with the prompt service I was provided. I was experience minor emergency and the office was able to get me an appointment the same day. Andrea was excellent in diagnosing the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and some sample drugs to alleviate the discomfort. I received a call about 4 days later with test results and was given a different prescription to treat the problem. Problem seems to be solved. Thank you
