This practice EXCEEDED any hopes I had to gain quality of life. I was mangled in a horrible accident. After years of surgeries, physical therapy, prayer, patience, ice, heat, exercise and rest, I was still confined to home because of pain and disability. Waited weeks for my appointment. Then another 50 minutes in the lobby to be escorted to a room to be left to sit another 20+ minutes. Front desk staff was atrociously unprofessional. Nursing staff rude & abrupt. When I checked out they seemed puzzled as to how to print an item the doctor request. Poor quality staff. Is this what is called health “care”? It’s lacking. Was able to get appointment quickly. Dr Govindan listened to me and was very caring. Feel that he came up with a great plan of action.

I have been trying for 2 months to get someone to call me or I talk to them about getting my physical therapy in KU. Is the only one in the area that my insurance approves cannot get a call back or nothing. What type of establishment is this? People don't call you guys just to be calling you. We are calling for help 😭 thank you
