Front desk people were the most unprofessional and rudest peopleAnd really should have no business serving the public
The PA I saw was just fine. However, 3 days later and the doctor "hasn't gotten around to signing" my MRI and XRay orders. They are "too busy"!? They weren't too busy to take my money! I am in pain now, and shouldn't have to be my own darned doctor on top of advocating for myself. I'm disgusted.
I had a back injury due to a car wreck and my provider Isaac Bolanos took very great care of me. He really did a wonderful job getting me back to myself. Dr.Bidgoli preformed my procedure and after a few weeks my back feels SO much better. The procedure was fast and easy! Tania and Andrea was so kind through the process as well.
I’m very happy with my results I feel totally better thank you Dr. Bidgoli. Dr Issac and all staff members ,they are nice helpful people.
