Not sure of the tech's name but he's a young man. He was very sweet. Told you what he was doing as he was applying the gel & wires. Helped me get out of the bed when I needed to use the restroom. Was very gentle when he came into the room to put the sleep mask on. Was also very gentle when removing the wires and tape.
