This facility is not properly set up for someone in a wheelchair. The bed is flat - there is no supportive bed and the room is small so how is someone is a wheelchair supposed to get around. The chair for the family member looks broken.
Looking at the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one who was subjected to the lack of proper communication, and transparency. There's some huge disconnects between the different staff at this practice.
This place is awful. When making the initial appointment the person took down my information wrong so I never received the instructions to join the televisit. On the day of the appointment the provider was half hour late to the meeting. Today I found out the office cancelled my follow up appointment without informing me, which they were not all at sympathetic about. Now I have to wait more weeks to (maybe?) talk to provider. So far they have been stressful and not helpful.
This People are so unprofessional and rude. Please do not go there.
