While someone did answer the phone promptly, they (a) were abrupt and seemed annoyed that I was even calling, and (b) hung up on me when I said I'd need to also look at other locations—because they are booking more than a month out.

This facility is not properly set up for someone in a wheelchair. The bed is flat - there is no supportive bed and the room is small so how is someone is a wheelchair supposed to get around. The chair for the family member looks broken.
Looking at the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one who was subjected to the lack of proper communication, and transparency. There's some huge disconnects between the different staff at this practice.
