Supervisor here was lack luster about never sending my confirmation despite me asking 4 separate times. She began to laugh in my face and curse at me. I began to get enraged, she called the police and I ended up tazed. They need to be reported to the board for lacking care of their patients THEN playing victim to situations they already created.
Saw Dr. Jimenez as a second opinion, but I think I'll switch to her as my primary sleep doctor. She was very nice and knowledgeable and made sure to address all my concerns!
Negligence that delayed my child’s surgery. We scheduled a critical diagnostic study TWO MONTHS ago at Comprehensive Sleep Care Center a study that needed to happen before my child’s surgery. I even called just yesterday to confirm. I was told everything was fine. Then with less than 24 hours’ notice they canceled. Why? Because they never submitted the insurance authorization.
