She walked me through the Luna G3—from setup to advanced features—demonstrating every function and making sure I was confident using it at home. Danielle was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, answering every question and pacing the visit at my comfort. Her clear explanations and hands-on guidance made the process simple and stress-free. I’m grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her
