The Comprehensive Sleep Care Center is, I believe, fraudulently overbilling clients and insurance on purpose to make additional money. I had an initial appointment of less then 15 minutes where I answered the same questions in person as I did on the phone. The bill came as $490! I called to see what the charges were for and was told the initial consultation was $250 (still very high). I asked where the difference came in since my bill was $490 and was given the run around. I want to preface by stating that the nighttime lab technician was absolutely wonderful, polite, and considerate (I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she mentioned having relatives in a Scandinavian country, if that helps the managers, if you read this). Additionally, the employees who responded to phone calls and emails, as well as the receptionists, were nice and patient. However, this was the worst doctor I have ever spoken to in my life. Dr. Soto is awful, she completely screwed up my Tele health documents and delayed my process of getting my CPAP prescribed. She was just rude and dismissive. It’s funny because I thought it was just me or something I did or said. But then to see the reviews and realize she’s like that with everyone lol was reassuring.
This practice is very disorganized and has poor communication. I went for my sleep study follow-up and waited 45 mins in the lobby until I went up to reception to ask when I be called and noticed my provider had called other patients. I was then told my sleep data was never uploaded and that I will need to rescheduled.
