I waited a month for my pre-appointment screening, so I was already expecting a smooth and organized process. The Thursday before my Monday appointment, I received a call confirming the appointment, and I confirmed that I would be there. Shortly afterward, I received an email that was clearly addressed to another patient. Comprehensive sleep care is an absolute nightmare. They create appointments that you didn't ask for or confirm. Then they bill you for those appointments for not showing up. Additional mysterious bills appear from them which have to rhyme or reason. There is no proper customer service number. You have to make ten calls and no one fixes the issue. There are totally incompetent people who answer the phone if you can at all get through. There is no email address that works. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Had a horrible sleep study here. People talking in the hallway so I had to use white noise which took me a while to fall asleep. I was given the wrong appliance during my test and was supposed to have it switched but that never happened. The appliance made my sleep horrendous, causing me to wake up gasping for air and a fast heartbeat. And to put the cherry on top, the tape they used got stuck to my face and it took a few rigorous attempts to remove it. I’ve had sleepy studies elsewhere but this one was by far the worst. I visited comprehensive sleep care in Chantilly,Va to get my cpap machine checked. The Technician Kilian was great, he took his time showing me all the settings. Some settings I didn’t even know about. He printed my test results from the doctor and answered all my questions. Great experience
