If I could give zero stars for my recent consultation with Comprehensive Sleep Care Center, I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Soto, and she was impatient, disrespectful, and unprofessional. From the start, she seemed frustrated due to technical issues setting up the meeting and even mentioned that she wasn’t feeling well. I get it if someone is not feeling well and would have rescheduled if that was the case but she continued with the consultation. All of the staff have been 5 star, and today the top performance was by Keisha B. She is stellar! Dr. Rotolo was truly fine professional during our virtual visit. His compassion was evident and he actively listed to the particular needs of the patient. He explained the process moving forward with patience and finesse. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Very bad center I have an advanced case and when you book an appointment it takes a long time. They gave me an appointment after three months. Very bad.
