Megan was wonderful to work with. She is patient and kind and knows her job. She is a keeper.
Lansdowne-Far too many requests to confirm appointment for procedure. I would spend time filling out forms online, only to come back a couple days later to a new request for the same forms to be filled out. Staff on the phone were pleasant but seemed unaware of the multiple requests. Requests to confirm stated that I must confirm within 2 hours or my appointment would be given away. It’s a sleep study, not just a 30 minute appointment. The appointment itself went fine. The tech was nice, I just prefer my own bed.
I really my stay at the sleep 😴 center,The room was nice and clean,The bed was very comfortable ,l felt like l was in a hotel,The bed was a little high but I managed,l could have stayed a extra day 😂The technician Fefe was nice and very friendly,l think that was her name.
We had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Center. Everything went very well. The staff was friendly and very kind with the children, which made us feel comfortable right away. The place was clean, cozy, and well organized. Excellent service and highly recommended!
