So let me make clear the front staff and the doctors were great here. The reason for the low scoring however was because of the medical technicians... They are very passive aggressive and just try to work as quickly as possible to get you out the door rather than answer any questions... Case and point when I received my cpap machine that said technicians set up for use it was discovered during my fallow up appointment they didn't fallow directions that the doctor had stated and when I was returning said machine said technici... read more

I had an issue with my cpap machine and mask and an appointment was made very quickly. Kilian was my technician and he was AMAZING! He was thorough, patient, and took great care to make sure my problems were resolved and that I understood how to manage the new mask and machine. Going forward, I will request Kilian for any issues that I have with my equipment. Thank you, Kilian!
