I am a fairly new Sleep Care patient and I was speaking with Keisha Burnett at your office to schedule my appointments. I am a bit apprehensive of using a CPAP and I spoke to her about that, as well as setting up my appointments for fitting and follow up with Dr. Deshpande. Keisha has a lovely tone to her voice and she was very calm, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and being positive and supportive. She made the process easier for me. Thank you.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication prior to my appointment was phenomenal. I had a sleep study at their location done for Kaiser. Results were given back to Kaiser quickly.
