Welp. My initial five start review is down to zero. I am now at my third time in a row of being denied care because of games they are playing with BCBS regarding pre-authorization (I have the pre-auth, they can’t be bothered to confirm it with BCBS, then cancel my appointments no notice last minute putting me to the back of the line for appointments even more months out, then so much time passes from their own ineptitude that the original pre-auth they had expires forcing me to go through the process from the start all over ... read more
Impossible to get ahold of. Charging for appointments that never happened. You have to chase them for replacement supplies. Customer service is unhelpful and unequipped to answer basic questions. Do not recommend

Don’t waste your time! I scheduled a virtual consultation as a new patient a couple months ago. They told me I would be contacted when the actual sleep study could be scheduled. Today, they finally called me and said I had an appointment on 09/18 for a sleep study. I never was informed about this appointment, and told them I’m back in college now and that date wouldn’t work for me.
