I just completed my first every sleep study at the Dumfries Comprehensive Sleep Study location. I will say that I was super nervous about staying overnight at a place like this but once I saw the room I was a little at ease. They really made it feel like you were at home. JUSTICE was amazing. Justice Michelle N. was welcoming, kind and patient throughout my entire sleep study last night. She has impeccable bedside manners with a soft and gentle voice as she guided me through the process. There was never a moment I was jolted awake when she entered the room while I was asleep. My bed was comfortable and room tempature was ideal -- perfectly cool to my liking -- and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to fall asleep quicker than I thought I would. A very homely yet professional atmosphere was created by Justice. I came in not really wanting to do a sleep study, and left wondering what took me so long, and what’s the next step. Justice wasn’t intrusive, she was very patient and seemed to sense how low my comfort level was so, she settled the other patients first then devoted her attention to me. Shows the ability of identifying certain circumstances and knowing how to manage and adjust to suit the situation. Great experience. Thank you.
I had been ordered a sleep study be conducted. With multiple previous studies having been completed, I knew the routine, however the experience at CSCC-Dumfries was not like any I had experienced before, exceeding all expectations! From the checking-in until the morning check-out, Ms. Justice-Michelle Neason-Ford, the Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, provided a relaxing experience that allowed me to actually get sleep and the study to be successful. Overall a successful sleep study, but I'm glad it's over! The Sleep Technician, Justice N couldn't have been better with her "bedside manner!" haha the pun works great here. I was nervous and chatty and her professional, empathetic demeanor helped me settle down. I've had a few of these studies in past and her polished technique hooking everything made it a breeze.
