Super helpful and friendly staff and really made a big difference in my life by diagnosing and treating my apnea. Mary was great to work with.

Edit: I am updating my review to reflect recent efforts by Loudoun Medical Group. I was contacted by the group As a result of the scenario outlined below. Ultimately, they offered to reduce the bill I received and the group outlined efforts for training employees to prevent more cases like this from happening. While I appreciate both the reduced bill and notification of future efforts, I can't give them more stars without confirming they have indeed made those changes and belief that they only did this as a result of this re... read more
I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They have always been kind and understanding due to my busy schedule. Even had someone meet me on a Saturday to pick up my prescription. Thank you guys! The Arlington office Rocks!!!
I was very pleased with my whole experience. The staff was amazing and I felt very at ease with the whole process. My accomodations were very comfortable as well. Definitely a 5 star from me!
