Staff at Conprehensive Sleep Center, particulary those in Germantown MD were very pleasant and helpful. Sleeping accomodations were great.
They really try to make everything as easy as possible. The customer service is efficient and helpful. I would recommend them.
Very pleased with my experience with Dr. Jiminez and the staff. She is warm, engaging, and easy to talk to -- good sense of humor, as well. Support staff and techs, in her office as well as the Arlington office, were exceptionally professional. My sole complaint stems from a misunderstanding of where to park at Arlington: when I emerged from ~20 hrs of sleep study, my car had been towed. I recommended a more detailed map of where to park be included in the instructional packet for that office.
