I had an extremely frustrating phone call and experience with one of the receptionists for Comprehensive Sleep Care Centers. I called because my sleep apnea machine is not working, and I needed to see a doctor in person. Instead of listening to my concerns, the receptionist repeatedly interrupted me and kept emphasizing that I had an upcoming annual appointment — completely ignoring the issue I was trying to address. I went to this center to get my SD card downloaded in preparation for my annual appointment with my doctor. The technician said my card was nearly full so they kept that one and issued me a new one. At the time of my doctor's appointment, the doctor did not have the data. We had to reschedule so she could contact them about the data. At the second appointment, she still did not have the data. The staff at the Bethesda center could not find the card and said that I had missed my appointment, which was NOT TRUE. I made a diffe... read more
The people in this center is nice and friendly. The location here is not easy to enter or exit. The parking is not free, charges 2 dollars if pass 30 min. Not recommend going there, go different place that are easy to entry and free parking to get medical assistance.
They WILL NOT stop contacting me and leaving voice messages on my Cell Phone. Please PLEASE stop calling me and leaving voice messages. I've already blocked your phone #, but that doesn't stop them from leaving voice messages. You are NOT my C-Pap Supplier, just because I consulted with you. STOP CALLING ME, AND DON'T MAKE ME SPEND MORE TIME WRITING A CEASE & DESIST LETTER TO YOU!!!!
Staff at Conprehensive Sleep Center, particulary those in Germantown MD were very pleasant and helpful. Sleeping accomodations were great.
