Dr. Kaushal and his team are the G.O.A.T.S! (Greatest of all time). I swear it’s like God blessed him with the power to fix eyes. My mom has been seeing Dr. Kaushal for about 2 years now, and I am amazed at the work he has done for her. We really thought we were in a hopeless situation with her eyesight. GREAT CARE GREAT SERVICE GREAT DOCTOR
I waited 1.5 hours for my appointment. They asked for my social security to be written on a piece of paper. No security measures to protect my information. There were at least 30 people waiting to be seen with the one doctor. They purposely overbook appointments. At one point 6 people were trying to check out, piling up at the front desk. It was easy to overhear their medical concerns and financial information being discussed.
