You can NOT buy equipment from them. They don't stand behind there products and will keep on expecting you to pay to fix it, when they dont know whats wrong with it. There are many other POS systems where companies will stick by there products, go with them like squares, aloha, ncr, or many other systems out there. I can't spend lots of money on a POS system where the company doesn't stand by there product and they charge $125 an hour to fix it!
