I had to give a 1 since it did not allow 0. This place is the pits. I called at 9:45AM this morning with the insurance company on the line and was transferred to his voice mail. A message was left which he did not return. You call to get information and the phone just rings for three or four minutes before being answered or you hang up and try again.
