This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had as a new patient. I scheduled this appointment 2.5 weeks in advance for 3/24 at 11:00am, was told to arrive at 10:30am, and completed all paperwork ahead of time as instructed. Despite that, I sat in the lobby until 11:10am—already 40 minutes past the time they told me to be there. I have had a completely opposite experience with this office. In particular, Dr. Hwe, who I find personable and invested in my healthcare. For the last year he has been treating me for a lung condition and he seems genuinely interested in my progress and how I’m handling the treatment. I would highly recommend him for pulmonary conditions. In addition, the office staff have been very efficient scheduling follow visits, test and imaging referrals.
Wondering were Dr. Elihu went, hmm. Receptionists are poor. Trying to get info on and for tests and they are not helpful. It appears the practice has changed and that is concerning..

By the way, you have to give your personal information to someone in Central America to find out why you are being billed for services that are covered. Lovely experience... I suggest staying away.
Took a family member here for a Consult with Dr Hwe, he is an acquired taste....its either you like him or you dont there is nothing in between. He is very knowledgable and very open to comments and suggestions which i appreciate however he is all business which to be honest i am fine with that, i am not there to be his friend i am there to help me diagnose and treat a family member. However i know most people like physicians to be relatable and approachable which in this case he is not that man. Staffing however is abysmal ... read more
