My experience with this medical facility was extremely disappointing. I felt that patients from different ethnic backgrounds or those who speak a language other than English did not receive the same level of attention and support. I have had a completely opposite experience with this office. In particular, Dr. Hwe, who I find personable and invested in my healthcare. For the last year he has been treating me for a lung condition and he seems genuinely interested in my progress and how I’m handling the treatment. I would highly recommend him for pulmonary conditions. In addition, the office staff have been very efficient scheduling follow visits, test and imaging referrals.
Wondering were Dr. Elihu went, hmm. Receptionists are poor. Trying to get info on and for tests and they are not helpful. It appears the practice has changed and that is concerning..
If you liked getting billed for covered services, go here. If you like having to use a call center in Central America to find out why you are being billed for covered services, go here. By the way, you have to give your personal information to someone in Central America to find out why you are being billed for services that are covered. Lovely experience... I suggest staying away.
