The lack of urgency from everyone I’ve very tediously dealt with here over the years is extremely frustrating. Along with the poor energy, which should be enough reason to go elsewhere, there’s a very distinct odor of ham and cheese hot pocket that’s permanently baked into the walls, it’s a difficult smell to get out of your clothes. The responses to some of the google reviews are even extremely unprofessional. This place needs more help than it’s able to give, sadly.
I am beyond upset with this place. The paperwork is OVERLY repetitive and asks the same questions way too many times. It has to be filled out by hand and taken in to them in person. Fine. Whatever. Done. Over the span of a month and a half or so I have called several times trying to get the status of my paperwork. Until today I'd remain on hold for 10-20 minutes until they answered and hung up on me or they sent me to voicemail. I finally got a person on the phone today and THEY SOMEHOW LOST MY PAPERWORK!?
