Starting to believe CPO is a scam. Haven't received orthotics that were prescribed all the back in October. Had my visit, filled out paperwork, had feet scanned. Insurance paid 75% and I paid the other 25%. It's been months of back and forth calls with no answers. Avoid CPO for your needs.

My experiences at Comprehensive have been exceptionally good! From start to finish they provide friendly and helpful customer service, ongoing support, and exceptional products! They have flexible scheduling and are infinitely compassionate to their clients and their needs. Prosthetic made just fine but the company that put the material on it sucks. It was not what I wanted. They should have to pay to get it completely remade.
