Had an appointment on May 5 and casts made for my son’s feet. Again had an appointment on May 20. Was told it would take about 3 months. Well 3 months later we find out the casts were tossed away and we needed to come in and have casts remade. It will be done ASAP. When I go to have the casts redone he blames insurance instead of just a communication error. Waited 3 weeks and received a call it will be another month.

Starting to believe CPO is a scam. Haven't received orthotics that were prescribed all the back in October. Had my visit, filled out paperwork, had feet scanned. Insurance paid 75% and I paid the other 25%. It's been months of back and forth calls with no answers. Avoid CPO for your needs.
