Good orthotic but customer service BLOWS. Their phone queue system is the worst. Their call back is non-existent and the response to on-line messaging is horrible-as in they don’t do it. I know as I’ve tried all three. Get your devices from someone who cares about their customers.
I scheduled an appointment at the Springfield location because I was told I could be seen sooner than at the Decatur office. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived early, completed all of my paperwork, and was placed in an exam room. I was informed they were short a provider and that there were two patients ahead of me. Awful place lie to the doctor said they was open. Got there they was moving And was not open talk to the call center and they lied so they didn’t take walk-ins because they double booked people Found a better place to go, so we called to cancel the appointment and she couldn’t even find the appointment that they Gave us less than a week ago It seems that it’s ran all by a call center
Very professional and friendly staff.
They are extreamly slow to respond They messed up billing They overcharged They ordered the wrong size boot They didn't fit the inserts correctly They were not professional
