No followup. Have to keep calling or going to the office for updates. Dropped off in person completed paperwork from my doctor and they did not send in to medicare. Waited a week and a half to find this out.
I’m 56 and no matter what named brand expensive shoes I bought, my back, feet and legs hurt after work 9-15 hours a day. After Matthew did my exam and ordered my inserts made just for me. I am so very happy with them!!! I’d never thought they would make a big difference! They have actually made a 95 percent improvement!!!!! Sharenda works in the office, she is very sweet and professional! Was a big help and easy to speak with! I can’t recommend these people enough!!!
