This used to be a decent place but no more ! They won't even give you a local phone number. When you call it puts you through to one of their other places around the country. They also called and said I owed them a certain amount of money for a piece of cheap equipment that was measured wrong. My insurance had not even processed the claim yet. How do they know? My insurance has not had any calls from them. Have had nothing but problems. If I could give them zero stars I would!
Was told orthotics were 100% covered. Got a bill for over 600$. Because they didn’t do their job. Just looked at my benefits but didn’t actually see if it was covered. Would NEVER recommend this place. Nothing worse than a liar.
By looking through other reviews I see it is not uncommon to have a terrible experience with the receptionist. Working in health care customer service myself I’m amazed to see more then one review about the issue and it not be addressed. I personally am more then happy to make a longer drive for better care.
Amanda at cpo was so helpful and polite. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!!!
Unfriendly service at reception area. Called multiple times and told them the same thing before they ever put in the order to get my equipment. Overall experience was not great. Would not recommend.
