Amazing staff, very patient with my 13 year old. Lauren did a great job explaining everything and making sure my daughter was comfortable with her brace. Highly recommend to anyone!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The billing was horrendous. The receptionist was giving me attitude because I needed an itemized bill for the FSA company as I had used a flex card to pay for a service in April. They refused to give me an itemized bill for my FSA card. First they said they would not be filing with my insurance as on Insurance verification the service was not covered. I came to Illinois from Tennessee after an amputation of my left leg below the knee.I came to stay with family to recooperate.My right foot had some wound issues.I was referred to the office of Dr. Alexander. He is Excellent!! And his staff was Excellent also.What a lucky find.....I highly recommend them.
The worked very hard to make sure that my brace fit well and took time to make adjustments, and to listen as I needed help. Great job!
