Lauren was amazing to work with for an ankle brace for my mother! She has been so patient in explaining everything and in working to fit the right brace for what we needed. Her expertise and ability to put my Moms anxiety at ease were fantastic!
I came here after dealing with another company for over a year to make me a prosthetic leg. Working with C.P.O. was the best decision I ever made. Quality is incredible. Took just a few weeks from start to finish. The quality of the completed socket surpassed my expectations. Got to give Devin a shout out for her incredible attention to every detail. I got stuck with an expensive bill, because of course you can’t be told how much you will have to pay out of pocket! When you are in the desperate situation where you are always in pain you accept that! However these orthotics do nothing for me … they are so hard that within half an hour I need to take them out of my shoe ! What a waste of time and money ! Very disappointing! There has to be a better way than this expensive trial and error!
Amazing staff, very patient with my 13 year old. Lauren did a great job explaining everything and making sure my daughter was comfortable with her brace. Highly recommend to anyone!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The billing was horrendous. The receptionist was giving me attitude because I needed an itemized bill for the FSA company as I had used a flex card to pay for a service in April. They refused to give me an itemized bill for my FSA card. First they said they would not be filing with my insurance as on Insurance verification the service was not covered.
