This place has horrible service! They have reduced days at all their facilities. I feel like they are going out of business. Have been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 months. All they want to do is blame other doctors office for not filling paperwork out correctly. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, ALL YOU ARE GOING TO DO HERE IS WASTE A BUNCH OF TIME!

Had custom orthotics ordered from here months ago. Took forever to receive them after they originally told me 2 weeks, depending on insurance approval. I ended up waiting 2 months for them after excuse over and over and over with them blaming the insurance company and my doctor, all at them same time while I had been calling my insurance company myself with them saying everything has been approved, the problem wasn't on their end. They shouldn’t even be in business. Nothing but excuses when dealing with this company. I was told many times I would get a return call with the status of a back brace I was fitted for. I was fitted in October 2024 and finally told them in January 2025 that I just give up dealing with them and their excuses. So sad!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this office in St. John where two of the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating professionals work. Scott, the prosthetist, or what I would like to call “protectionist” took his time and created my AFO and was always a pleasure to work with. When visiting the office I sat in an electric scooter, he always made sure he was at the (building and office) door to open it, for access, and to greet me. Our moms University of Chicago physician referred us to see only Dr Steinberg and so happy and pleased with the care she received Just saw the doctor for the follow up and her fracture is healed perfectly. Great office staff and Dr Steinberg was amazing even calling to check on my mom at 8 pm to be sure she was doing well with the brace. THANK YOU CPO for your compassionate amazing care for our mom.
