Was supposed to pick new leg up last Thursday leg had a issue the techs couldn't repair its 3 days later no reach out on whats going on when I went to office it was closed though door says open as far as hours I dont recommend this place for below knee beware
This place is a joke. A day before surgery & I had to call them to find out the status of the brace I would need post surgery. Turns out she claims she was waiting for info from the Dr’s office. Called the Dr’s office & they said CPO had everything they needed. She never bother to call them as she said she would. Michael was vey nice & professional. The gal behind the desk…..not so much. This place has horrible service! They have reduced days at all their facilities. I feel like they are going out of business. Have been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 months. All they want to do is blame other doctors office for not filling paperwork out correctly. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, ALL YOU ARE GOING TO DO HERE IS WASTE A BUNCH OF TIME!
Had custom orthotics ordered from here months ago. Took forever to receive them after they originally told me 2 weeks, depending on insurance approval. I ended up waiting 2 months for them after excuse over and over and over with them blaming the insurance company and my doctor, all at them same time while I had been calling my insurance company myself with them saying everything has been approved, the problem wasn't on their end. They shouldn’t even be in business. Nothing but excuses when dealing with this company. I was told many times I would get a return call with the status of a back brace I was fitted for. I was fitted in October 2024 and finally told them in January 2025 that I just give up dealing with them and their excuses. So sad!!!
