They took good care of my friend who is homeless and had a toe amputated and needed shoes made for him.
Communication and processing of paperwork is slow and NOT efficient. My mother had an appt scheduled and was notified the day before (only in that local on Tuesdays so this appt had been made far in advance) there was an issue with her paperwork. The issue was they let it sit for a month and then the order expired! The paperwork then had to go thru compliance a number of times which is in India! How is our Medicare compliance located in India….something very wrong with our system. The Maryville location is VERY inconvenient ... read more
