UPDATED: I believed the office was calling to address concerns about their provider’s malpractice and clear up a misunderstanding, but instead they spoke over me and accused my statement of being false. When I asked about the referral I was never given a location or phone number for, she ignored the question and redirected the conversation back into accusations that my statements were false.
