Scheduled a telehealth follow-up because I am caring for my Mom on hospice care for cancer, and I only could get about 30min-1h away max, during which time I have now missed that precious part of the day she gets up and eats and talks. Instead I waited for 40 min on a silent telehealth call I ALREADY PAID the copay for and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP, even when the office tried to contact the doctor. I used to go to the Comprehensive Primary Care facility in Shady Grove. This is the first time I come to this facility. I went to see Dr. Siegel for my annual checkup. The process was very smooth and the staff are friendly.
Nice small neighborhood practice. Wait times are practical. Solid, expierenced, professional with caring doctors. Would recommend
