Worst ever took 3 calls to get an appointment and then I get there at 8:02am my appointment was at 8:00am they tell me they can't see me because I am late like what it's frozening outside I got 3 kids ita 2 minutes are you for real never again never
Have been with this practice for 2 years and with CPC for over half a decade. I was extremely disappointed in my recent experience with the Montgomery Village office when trying to refill a critical prescription that I’ve been on for several months. I gave well advanced notice of needing a refill before I was out of my supply- and it should have been a straightforward refill process as it always is. I am so very pleased with Dr. Bhandary and his entire staff. When I call the phone rings maybe 3 times and someone picks up and I get the same day appointment! I am so glad I switched to this medical practice. Everyone is so friendly and so very professional. Dr. Bhandary is an Excellent doctor and I feel so very comfortable when I have a problem, I know he will address it and answer all my questions and make me feel at ease! I highly recommend this medical practice.
