While the provider is very nice and answers a lot of my questions, I have to say the medical assistants/administration will have you waiting days for a refilled prescription. Hard to get in contact with anyone and it’s just a call center. This is not good patient care.
Years ago, this doctor had an excellent reputation, which is why my entire family chose this practice. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, to the point of actually hanging up the phone on me. Even getting a medication refill became unnecessarily difficult, as I was expected to pay for an office visit every time I needed one. Visit was very good with Dr. Bhandari. Staff was very courteous. The waiting period was less than 10 mins.
