Doctor Jannie Kim saw me when I had a horrible stiff neck. She suggested taking Advil and left it at that. Several days later, I was in far worse pain and I tried to contact her through their patient portal and call. I was told that her or her assistant would get back to me that day, but they never did call me back. I recently had a doctor appointment for my grandmother and I can truly say I never had a customer service so amazing from the MA’s. They were so attentive and helpful with my grandmother whose in a wheelchair and Dr. Eyoel Fantaye listened to my concerns and made me feel heard.

Dr.Bangalore is amazingly caring, takes the time to ask questions, clarifies your doubts with logical explanations; above all he makes the doctors visit, a very satisfying experience- felt rejuvenated just meeting and speaking with him ; Front desk was also prompt and helpful
