Dr. Bangalore is very attentive, incredibly responsive, but the front office is mundane. Tough to get someone on the phone. Good place overall, without Dr. Bangalore's excellence I don't know.
Switching to Jannie Kim changed my mind on how i feel about this office . She is so sweet and patient. I work in healthcare and would work for her anytime . Also her MA is a very hard worker and efficient.
Have had this practice as my primary care and they charge for everything and do not make things easy. They routinely refuse to refill my prescriptions and wait until I run out completely. I have been on these medications for more than several years, they require an appointment every 90 days in order to refill my prescriptions. How much is this appointment? Hundreds of dollars for a few mins of the docs time. This is the reason my health insurance is over $400 a month for a healthy 30 year old. Disappointed
It's not ok to keep canceling appointments last second. Horrible behavior
This morning my elderly mother had an appointment at 11am, this was our first time going to this doctor and had never been to the building before. It took a few minutes to figure out where to go, when we arrived at the office we were about 12 minutes late, still within the 15 minute grace period, and they refused to see her. They said we were too late and that we could reschedule. There was a total of 3 people in the waiting room and the doctor wouldn't even come out and speak with us.
