Whoever I spoke to at 10am may 12th 2026, horrible phone customer service. The conversation was ok at first but God forbid I was just a little confused and needed some clarification about things.I work in healthcare myself so I get it but I would never speak to a patient like that. Do better or hire better people.
Used to be decent, now it’s a joke. Just waited 10 minutes on one call only to be shunted to a full voicemail box, called back and waited another 20 minutes for a person to answer only to be told I can’t get a refill because they haven’t migrated all their data to their new system. I like my doctor but I’m finding a new one based solely on how poorly this office seems to be run now. CloseKnit (the new owners) must be awful. I’d avoid them if possible.

The front desk staff has been really disappointing lately—unfriendly, inattentive, and at times even rude. It definitely takes away from the overall experience. That said, I’ll continue coming here because Dr. Bangalore is excellent and truly worth it
