The staff are so dishonest! 🤥They told me that because I am a white person that I am not allowed to have any appointments with them until they take care of people of “color” and for me to “step aside” . I was very sick with COVID. I almost died. And.. I was a patient with them for over a decade!
I had an extremely unprofessional experience at Comprehensive Primary Care – Germantown today. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. When I got stuck in heavy traffic, I immediately called their call center. The representative clearly informed me that there is a 15-minute grace period and that if I arrived before 10:45 AM, I would still be seen. I rushed and arrived at 10:43 AM. I made an appointment and they didn’t put it in the system, I came in for the appointment and they told me I didn’t have an appointment, I went for no reason and waste my time, they told me to come back at a later time. Very inconvenient.

Worst service ever — avoid this place. I booked a 9 AM video visit and followed all the instructions, including downloading their app (which was already a headache). I waited for 30 minutes with no update. After another 10 minutes, I finally got a call from the office asking why I wasn’t there in person. I explained multiple times that my appointment confirmation email clearly stated video visit, and the app they directed me to also showed video visit.
