This place is terrible. They gave the wrong fax number and also asked me to call the radiology center to get my result when it's their job to do. They never gave me my x-ray results or never returned my calls! Awful patient care. Awful!
This office has been impossible to reach all year. Every time I call, I get a pre-recorded message that pretends someone answered, then I’m left on hold with no one ever picking up. I’ve called countless times—including over five times in one day—and even had other doctors’ offices try to reach them with no success. The last time, I actually had to go in person just to schedule an appointment, which is completely unacceptable. Now I’m dealing with an urgent surgery referral and still can’t get through. Very nice staff and doctors
I would recommend Comprehensive Primary Care to everyone. Dr. Sastry is a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. I was not happy with her intake nurse.
My first inital visit was professional and respectful. The CRNP L. MAYS performed a detailed question evaluation and to follow up later with a physical examination. I had a comprehensive lab work was performed and Johanna later reviewed the results with me. All in all I had a good experience.
