Dr.Bangalore is amazingly caring, takes the time to ask questions, clarifies your doubts with logical explanations; above all he makes the doctors visit, a very satisfying experience- felt rejuvenated just meeting and speaking with him ; Front desk was also prompt and helpful
I'm a new patient here and have had great service during 3 visits. Nancy Nguyen, my PA, has been responsive and easy to book. She communicates clearly and gives me the important details for my treatment.
I was able to get the most of my concerns and issues addressed and she gave me what I should eat to improve my condition. I’m sorry I can not remember her name, but she was great.

I’M VERY, VERY UPSET at the call taker “Katy” who answered the after hours phone. I had an issue with my medication refill and was informed that due to after hours NO Refills will be called in until Monday. If that is policy and procedures, then I totally understand that. I tried to explain to “Katy” that the medication is for my Anxiety and Depression, a medication that should not be abruptly stopped. “Katy’s” tone and lack of empathy was very noticeable and it seemed as if I was waisting her time.
