Their service became worst past few years. They used to be good but past few years, there is much longer waiting line in the lobby even after taking appointments. For example, if your appointment is at 9.30, they will call you in at 11.30. If we do lab tests, they never call to discuss the results. I called 2 times, and left voice message to ask for my lab results. They did not call back.
Does this practice have a reason why staff doesn’t answer the phone in a timely manner to make an appointment? It happens every single time I call.
Dr. Bangalore and everyone at the Comprehensive Primary Care at Germantown are very nice.
