I have a 7 year old daughter and 3 year old son who has been a patient of Dr. T since birth. I love Dr. T and Dr. Janet but their front staff suck. My daughter was referrrd to a GI doctor on 10/22 and I called Dr. T office and spoke with the front staff to let them know that I needed an authorization on file for the GI doctor. I told the front staff the date of the appointment, time and doctor office. The front office staff stated they would take care of it. I have three kids and I have been with this office for 15years. They take there time to help from the time you walk into the door to the moment you walk out the door. Portals are handled amazingly. I have referred two different people to this office. I’m 45mins away and will stay with this office until my youngest which is 1yr old. To big to have pediatric care.
Mrs.janet and mrs.tejani are the best always hears me out when it comes down to my child when sick and also his meds for his disability also all the staff is the best so sad my son will have to go to a adult doctor but I would highly recommend them👌
