Every Comprehensive Pain Management office I've been to had a nice, clean environment. The wait time hasn't been as bad as most Dr's offices. The staff are very polite and have always answered any questions I've had. They take the time and don't make me feel rushed. They have done a good job at managing my chronic back and joint pain with medication and have presented various non-medication related options to me to help me deal with it as well. I've been with them for years and expect to be with them for many more.
Don't waste your time here. The term "pain management" is a complete falsehood. They'll bleed what they can from your insurance with no positive results. Then when they have got all they can from your insurance, they'll throw up their arms and say sorry, must be something YOUR doing. No pain treatment whatsoever.
Horrible. My insurance denied my claim because they repeatedly tried to get information from their office unsuccessfully. I called and the office just straight lied that it was the fault of my insurance company and now they wont even answer my calls so I can obtain needed information for my state hearing.
