I am writing my review for Ashley Prichard located at the Murfreesboro location. Beware. She's moody & if you catch her on the wrong day...she may scream at you as loud as she did me to where everyone in the establishment could hear. I left in tears after she referred to me as being a "slap in her face". Something, somehow, became personal for her regarding what should have been a physician's assistant & patient relationship. Do not go here for help. I was made to wait almost three hours for my appointment. Then when I sent a friend to pick up my medications, she had not prescribed them at the pharmacy. Trying to call them to resolve this problem is another whole exercise in futility. I had to call 5 times and was not allowed to speak to anyone just leave messages. Totally incompetent office.
This place was an absolute monstrosity. Had to sit with an elderly patient for almost 2 hours before they even took her back. Receptionist came out and tried to get people to go to the new office in Madison. It's rude. If you can't get one office working properly why would you have 2. Then nurse Becky going to get an attitude because I said a sware word talking about something with other people in the waiting room who had been waiting so long. 😤 To me making people wait a long time is no different than swearing. I always enjoy going to Comprehensive Pain and Neurology in Franklin. Its a great experience starting with Tracy at the front desk who is always welcoming and friendly. Linda the Nurse Practitioner is very professional, informative and so Friendly. I highly reccomend the Franklin office if you have the need for their specialized medical services.
