Dr. Kelsey Shasteen, Nurse Nina and staff are very nice, understanding and have the best demeanor, empathy and genuinely care for the patients well as making everyone feel warm and welcoming in addition to listening to their patients by establishing a relationship to understand the needs of the patients.
I have been in pain management for 30 years due to an accident that cracked my pelvis 4 inches. I live with the pain from 6 chronic injuries every day. With pain medicine and various procedures, I have been able to live a semi-normal life. After my latest fall, I started going to Comprehensive Pain in Hermitage for pain management, and Murfreesboro office for procedures. Kelsey Shasteen is wonderful and the nurse Nina is great as well as the receptionist. They are thoughtful, kind, affirming and efficient. They make my life better.
I’m so excited to share my experience. Within the last few months, I’ve tried reducing my medication, only to go back to where we started. Hate taking pills, but it has been necessary for me since my wreck in 2019. We were ran over by a texting truck driver. I’ve had 8 surgeries. Anyway— I can go on my mission trip to Honduras in November basically pain-free. It’s a real answer to many prayers. God shows up and shows out!!! Wahoo
