Had excruciating back pain for six weeks. Scheduled a new patient appointment with them because my PCP told me for the kind of pain I am having, she wouldn’t even give just refer me here anyway. So I skipped seeing my PCP and went here. My first appointment here, I waited for 45 minutes only for the front desk girl to call me up and tell me they couldn’t see me that day because new patient appointments take an hour and somehow they had me down for only 15 minutes. I just love going in there. It honestly is the best place to go as far as doctor’s appointments. Megan, Jessica, and Mandi are some of the most professional and friendly people I know in the medical field. They have really helped me a great deal. They really know their stuff. The Dickson office rocks!!! Thanks you guys for being awesome!!!
I was a patient at the Dickson location and was pleased with my first visit for the care that was given. I went back for my second visit and we talked about different treatments that were available to me to think about. My regular prescription was called in to the drugstore I used only to find my medicine was on back order. I called the clinic to ask them to send my prescription over to another local drugstore that had my medication on hand. So many people have said many of my same thoughts about this clinic and thankfully they did. I myself feel so very blessed to be a patient here and would not go anywhere else because when you find respect, great care along with quality for the care the doctors , nurses and staff are giving you there is no other reason to go anywhere else.
