Love Dr Kahn and his staff
Terrible experience. Communication was a nightmare trying to schedule appointment. Then I called to confirm my appointment time a week before and was told i never made one, and that i don't even exist in their system. What a mess!
Terrible experience. Communication was a nightmare trying to schedule appointment. Then I called to confirm my appointment time a week before and was told i never made one, and that i don't even exist in their system. What a mess!
Dr Kahn has no respect for patients privacy. He leaves exam room doors wide open while he is in with patients and everyone can hear the conversations. He's always in a hurry and didn't answer all of my questions or address my concerns. He's rude and acts like patients are a bother to him. I will never go back there.
I had trial for Nula and for the first time i could stand long enough to wash dishes and shower .I was so excited to have it permanently placed. When I woke up from my procedure I found out they put a different stimulator into my back .. Not the Nula. I was in shock and crying. Nobody even apologized or tried to console me. I was told to stop crying and give it time that they are all alike. As a person who already had both I can tell u their is a big difference.
