I’ve been going to comprehensive pain management for years, and the staff is always very nice very considerate they do everything they can to accommodate you and the doctors are wonderful.
I will share this one again. This is an AWFUL practice. I had The misfortune of going to this practice and cared for by Dr Reshke. For some reason, no one ever picks up a phone. When you call they immediately text you and then you're going back and forth via text to a doctor's office. The first time this happened I questioned them , "why am I texting with a doctor's office?". They only pick up the phone for patients during a certain time of day. I went there six years ago and it was a bad experience with the staff. Now I am being sent there again for urgent treatment and my appointment is ONE month from now. No one cares that you are in pain. Another hysterical new thing is they don’t answer the phone and the robot asks you to text a message. So crazy. Can you imagine if you need to talk to the doctor? I guess so many people need them that we have just become a number. So sad!!
Wonderful office, great staff, and caring physicians
Revised- 3/7/2019 Just do not go here! Things never get better with the staff and as a whole the practice is pitiful. They wanted me to go to another doctor in which I did. That neurosurgeon sent over their recommendations days ago by fax. I have called and left messages since- this is for a surgery! I've heard nothing. You do not matter and they just plain old suck.
