This is the worst experience my 79 year old father has ever been through at this office. He has been in pain for a very long time and my dad’s back surgeon referred this place to him to get a shot to manage the pain in his lower back. They arrived to a very unorganized office that had not been kept up as evidenced by paint chipping off the walls. Everyone is so nice, organized, and detailed. The Doctor takes time with you and asks a lot of questions and explains all the details of your care and procedures. Injections in my lower back and shoulders work well for me.
On a scale of one to ten Comprehensive Pain and Spine Services delivered at the “rating” of 20. From start to finish there isn’t one negative thing that I could say about the entire experience. OK, well maybe they could upgrade some of the furnishings but really who cares about that it’s not relevant to the experience, education and qualifications of the Dr. and staff.
